At Growtia I provide executive coaching for CEOs and entrepreneurs: I help you make better decisions, lead with greater clarity and move forward on your business challenges.
I do this by combining three things that rarely go together: my experience leading companies and as a McKinsey consultant, the depth of ontological coaching, and practical mentoring based on real-world experience. I work with questions that broaden your perspective and action-oriented conversations, aligning strategy, leadership and results.
My work focuses on business and leadership and, when needed, also on the emotions, beliefs and patterns that influence how you decide and lead. For management teams, I design tailored leadership development and organizational coaching programs.

I'm Sebastián Slelatt, executive coach for CEOs and entrepreneurs.
I was CEO at large companies and a consultant at McKinsey. I have an MBA from the University of Chicago and am a certified professional coach. I have also taught at business schools such as ISDI.
Today, I combine what I learned leading companies, what I developed as a coach, and what I continue to learn with each client.
I have worked and continue to work with very few clients at a time in order to offer truly personalized support. My style is approachable, empathetic, and challenging when necessary.
I have lived many professional lives in one. Today, what inspires me is using that experience to accompany leaders in their businesses: helping them make key decisions, overcome obstacles, and grow without losing sight of what also matters outside of work.
